This is a documentary feature film.
The Cordelia recording studio was an open-for-hire business that existed in Leicester from 1997 to 2009. When it was about to close down we filmed every client for the last 33 days. The result is an interesting piece of musical natural history, a record of the musicians that you don't normal get to hear about. Much of this is far more interesting than anything going on in the mainstream.
The quality of the video is somewhat lo fi (it was all filmed on a small hand-held DV camera) but the music was mostly taken from the finished mixes of tracks recorded in the studio and is CD quality. A lot of it is funny.
